In 2009, Mr. Westbrook completed the first in a series of global trade transactions inspiring him to form a company directly suited for this type of business, which was given the name of Estmar Global, Inc. Global trade transactions continued through Estmar Global, Inc. until the end of 2011 when it became apparent that to attain a consistent and higher rate of closings, Estmar Global, Inc. would need to enhance its business model. SoOum Corp was born February 2, 2013.
Terence received a B.A. degree in economics from Villanova University of Villanova, Pennsylvania in 1980. He has consulted many companies and has acted in various interim and full-time officer/director capacities, he specializes in raising capital for micro-cap companies, and has extensive experience in helping companies move towards an operationally structured and developed model.
Ms. Lund is a native of the Midwestern U.S., born and raised in the St. Louis, Missouri area and the surrounding farm towns. She's spent much of her career working in the customer service industry for companies such as AT&T, Sprint, and GoDaddy. As a self taught digital artist, she's created and marketed content for several online social media entities. Her customer service skills, attention to detail, and creativity have made her an invaluable asset to SoOum Corp.

Mr. Wahed is a cultured Afghan-American who is knowledgeable in Afghan national history and is very well connected in MENA and Macedonia. He has a broad experience in all phases of computer hardware/software, sales, as well as the marketing cycle from concept to development to marketing. He effectively finalizes business transactions outside traditional channels. Mr. Wahed is a dedicated team member with the ability to build rapport with staff and improve morale.
Ronald has over 17 years experience in a wide range of leadership and advisory positions, achieving business goals through the strategic design and unification of global trade programs. Highly proficient in the interpretation and application of International Trade and Tax laws across multiple jurisdictions, his extensive work in operational improvement, risk management, and internal controls creates an adaptive global network with the business intelligence to actively deliver significant economic and operational growth.
Steve is a Capital Markets professional with years of experience as a bond trader, trading various fixed income products across the curve. He has cultivated and managed over 150+ business relationships including; banks, broker dealers and other financial institutions and has been instrumental in developing trading desks fixed income presence and business model within Capital Markets domestically and abroad.
Phillip Martin Micallef is based on the Mediterranean island of Malta. He specializes in implementing creative and innovative growth strategies through social media and marketing. He has many years of experience in Real Estate with a proven record of closing deals using professionalism, integrity, and an attitude of building lasting relationships.
